Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed - Assist with employee onboarding, including coordinating training programs and providing support to new hires - Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on disciplinary actions - Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development - Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred -Must be bilingual in Spanish - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role - Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws - Proficient in data entry and HRIS systems (ADP) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our team.
